1. General Information CONGRATULATIONS on the purchase of your new SEERS MEDICAL product. If these operating instructions are adhered to, the product will provide many years of safe use. b. Assembly 1. Place the 5 star base with castors pre attached, onto the floor, place the gas cylinder into the base with the piston facing upwards. 2. Place the Cylinder shroud (if applicable) over the Cylinder, Narrow end 3. Fit the seat base/pad and mechanism to the cylinder. 4.

c. Operating Instructions CAUTION! The chair is fitted with Soft Wheel Restraint castors as standard. If the flooring is of a different type (i.e. carpet) a different castor may be more suitable. 2 Lever Mechanism: Lever 1 operates the backrest angle adjustment, lift the lever to allow movement of backrest and lock the lever to fix the backrest in desired position.

3 Lever Mechanism: Lever 1 operates the backrest angle adjustment, lift the lever to allow movement of backrest and lock the lever to fix the backrest in desired position. Lever 2 is used to raise or lower the height of the chair. When weight is applied to the chair, lift the lever and the chair will lower.

Ring Mechanism: The easy reach ring mechanism is located under the stool and can be operated from any point and is used to raise/lower the height of the chair. When weight is applied to the chair, lift the ring mechanism and the chair will lower.

Saddle Stool Mechanism: Lever 1 is used to raise or lower the height of the chair. When weight is applied to the chair, lift the lever and the chair will lower. If you wish to raise the chair, remove any weight on the chair and lift the lever to release the lock and the chair will rise.

360° Swing Around Arm: The height of the swing around arm can be adjusted via the locking knob, loosen this to raise/lower the arm and then tighten when at the desired height. The arm will move freely around the chair 360° for ease of use but will remain stationary when leaned on to be used for an armrest/backrest.
3. Cleaning Instructions WARNING! DO NOT SATURATE PRODUCT! IF THE PRODUCT GETS SATURATED DURING CLEANING, THIS COULD ACCELERATE CORROSION, REDUCING PRODUCTS LENGTH OF SERVICE. General Cleaning To get rid of any dust or marks on the surface the Faux Leather MUST be wiped DAILY with a moist soft cotton cloth.

Ink, Ball point pen, Denim, hard stains Rub the stain by means of gentle circular movements with tissue dampened with 96°alcohol and water (1:1) After this rub the surface with gentle circular movement with tissue paper to dry it. Butter, oil, grease stains Wipe excess butter, oil or grease off the surface with a clean 100% Cotton white dry cloth.
If DECONTAMINATING the product then repeat steps above using a dilute Hypochlorite & warm water mixture (mixed at 10,000ppm) instead of warm water and soap. It is crucial that any staining is treated as soon as possible but never later than 24 hours.
