Q. Whether mini-pro can control the PTZ of Pelco protocol.
A: At present, it cannot support PTZ controlling this protocol. mini-pro currently only
supports PTZ controlling Visca protocol.
Q. The mini pro and the PC can be pinged, but the XPOSE mini cannot search the
mini pro.
A. Please confirm the versions of mini pro and XPOSE mini respectively, and try to
use the latest version of XPOSE mini to control.
Q:Product only comes with one HDMI output, what I need is with two hdmi outputs,
one for the monitor and one for recording or broadcasting
A. The device itself is equipped with a USB port for recording, which can be recorded
directly through USB. If you add an HDMI output, it is recommended to equip
RGBlink TAO 1tiny, use the USB3.0 port as another HDMI extension port or use it
directly
