- Page 3 (4) Installation instruction: Step 1: Begin by removing the factory doors.Then ready to assemble and install the half doors. Step 2: Before installation, please confirm and distinguish the installation location of the part K, N, L, O.
- Page 4 Step 2: Assemble the part N,part O and part M with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*25), Split Lock Washer (D8) Flat Washer (M8*25*1), Flange Hex Lock Nut (M8). Note:Don’t tighten screws above firmly for a adjustable assembly with the car frame.
- Page 5 Step 3: Assemble the part K,part L ,part N, part O and part J with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*25), Split Lock Washer (D8) Flat Washer (M8*25*1), Flange Hex Lock Nut (M8). Note:Don’t tighten screws above firmly for a adjustable assembly with the car frame.
- Page 6 Then close the door slightly and screw the bolts.Don’t forget to tie the belt to the car frame.
- Page 7 Step 5: Align the hinge and insert the rear half door into the appropriate position slowly. Then close the door slightly and screw the bolts.Don’t forget to tie the belt to the car frame.
- Page 9 Step 6: Repeat the installation for the driver side. Step 7: If you find that the door lock cannot be tightened, loosen the door lock position screw and hinge screw, adjust the screws until the door can be closed, and then tighten the screws.
