Remove all metal swarf and dust from all vehicle surfaces if the surface is used for accessory installation. IMPORTANT Clearview recommends installation of the Power Boards to be performed by a professional as installation will require vehicle trim removal, wire routing and electrical work. -

Fitting Instructions Step 1 Installation of wiring 1.1 Remove LHS Passenger front + rear door sill panels and LHS Passenger front kick panel. 1.2 REPEAT on RHS / Drivers side. 1.3 Remove the fuse from the Positive (Red) wire supplied and connect the wire to the vehicle battery Positive... - Page 7 Fitting Instructions 1.5 Route RF (Right Front) & RR (Right Rear) door sensor wires along the sill channel to each connector behind the B pillar and C pillar. Remove door trigger sensors REPEAT above steps for LF (Left Front) and LR (Left Rear) door sensor wires.
- Page 8 Fitting Instructions Step 3 Installing mounting brackets to vehicle 3.1 Locate and remove the factory grommets underneath the vehicle's LHS (Left Hand Side) as shown on in example below. 3.2 With the 45mm Rubber Grommet supplied in kit, cut a cross pattern in middle of grommet to allow wiring to be passed through.
- Page 9 3.4 Mount RF (Right Front), RM (Right Middle) & RR (Right Rear) brackets to the underbody of the vehicle/Vehicle Sill Panel using supplied hardware (nuts, bolts and washers). IMPORTANT Clearview recommend a straight-edge tool to be used when mounting the top mounting brackets. This provides a guide to keeping them level and straight alongside the vehicle.

- Page 11 5.3 In some cases, the 'U shape' packing washers may need to be placed in between the front side of the bracket assembly and vehicle bracket mounting points to correctly position Clearview Power Boards. In these few instances, the M8 bolts used to hold top bracket to vehicle will need to be loosened to insert the 'U shape' washer.

Caring for your Clearview Power Boards Whilst the motors don’t require maintenance, regular routine cleaning will help ensure the continued smooth operation of your Clearview Power Boards.
