Freeze Sentinel/Heat Sentinel
Inthe default settingfor Node3, Heat Sentinelis off, Freeze
Sentinelison.
Press NODEuntila 3 appearsin the firstdigitqf the displayfor
Freeze Sentinelmode.TheCOOL LEDlighton the maincontrol
will be on.Press MODE againto chanqeto the HeatSentinel. T he
HEAT LED liqhton the maincontrolw_lbe on.Press the down
arrowfor OFF"u "or the up arrowfor ON"n." Thisisshown
in the seconddigitat thedisplay.Press AUXSETtocontirmyour
selectionand exitAUXSETmode,or pressMODE to continue
settingotherfunctions.
WhenFreezeSentinelisactivated,it automaticallyprovides
heatwithout userinterface.Thishelpsto preventplumbing
damage by turningthe heaterand indoorfan ONat 41% and
OFFat 46%.
WhenHeat Sentinelis activated,it automaticallyprovides
coolingwithout userinterface.Thishelpsto preventan
excessively hot roomby turning the air conditionerONat 85%
and OFF at 80%.
NOTE: T hesefunctions are active wheneverthe unit is
plugged in, evenif the unit is in the STOP position.
