    4 Auxiliary power Your camera comes with an Auxiliary power jack. If you want to hook up an external 12V battery to power the camera, you can. The jack necessary to make the connection is a standard 4mm jack. 5 Mount tips For best results, mount the camera approximately 1-1.5 meter off the ground and 3-15 meters.
