SECTION III - OPERATION SOLENOID VALVE MANUAL OVERRIDE The solenoid valve is a normally closed valve (needs power to open valve). When power is lost, the water supply to the suite will be shut off automatically. In order to restore water to suite temporarily, the solenoid valve can be manually overridden (FIGURE 20).

SECTION IV - CARE & MAINTENANCE TIMER APPLICATION After new battery is installed or filter cartridge is changed, push and hold the filter life reset button for approximately 2 seconds until green light flashes (FIGURE 31). The light will flash red in 90 days, indicating that it is time to change the filter cartridge.
