  • Page 3 1. INTRODUCTION Before using the machine for the first time, please read this Manual carefully. It contains information necessary to operate the machine properly. Proper maintenance of machine’s mechanisms and its electrical parts will be ensured by using protective shields, with which the machine is equipped, and operating the machine in accordance with its purpose.

    4. INSTALLATION AND OPERATION 4.1 UNPACKING AND INSTALLATION OF THE MACHINE The electric cream cooker is supplied on a wooden pallet, secured against sliding off and wrapped in stretch film. It is not allowed to put the machine on its side. The reason for this is that the machine comes filled with oil, and its leak could cause damage to electrical or mechanical components.
  • Page 13 Time setting on the relay (19): a. Press the button for 2 seconds. The indicator lights will light up and the seconds will start flashing on the display. b. Using the buttons, set the seconds and confirm with the button. Then, the minutes will start flashing.
  • Page 14 Attention: During operation, some machine parts may become extremely hot. They are marked with a special label. The machine can be accessed only from the front. It is not allowed to tamper with or remove the protective shields. Always exercise care when the machine is in operation. User advice Before using the machine for the first time, it is recommended to clean the interior of the kneading trough with substance approved by the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH).

As you gain experience with the machine, and depending on the type of mixed cream, you may modify the values given above (both ingredients and their amounts as well as cooking temperature and time).

    Before cleaning, always disconnect from power supply 5. MAINTENANCE 5.1 MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE – THERMAL OIL Thermal oil is used to heat the product through the tank wall (it is recommended to check the oil level to prevent it from dropping below the minimum level). Add only identical oil. When refilling with oil from another manufacturer, first always empty the whole tank.

    6. SPARE PARTS Spare parts are only supplied when ordered from the manufacturer. Ordering parts from the manufacturer, you can be sure that they will be made exactly the same as those originally installed in your machine in terms of their structural and engineering characteristics. Only original spare parts will ensure unchanged efficiency of the machine.
