3. THE INSTALLING AND USING MANUAL 3.1. FOREWORD Following the EU 98/37/cee directions and within this manual, the following definitions are given: 1)"Danger zone"-any area in/or near the machine where the presence of the person exposed to a danger means danger for safety and health of that person.
3.3. Machine transportation The fryer is delivered without the frying oil and fixed on a palette in an appropriate package agreed.
