AUTO TUNING:
tuning will begin. The radio will stop when it encounters a station. To resume,
press + or – again. NOTE: when using the auto tuning feature, the tuner will
not automatically stay within the selected band.
MANUAL TUNING:
ally tune through the selected shortwave band, stopping on stations that
interest you.
HOW TO USE THE LOCK SWITCH
The LOCK switch is located on the lower right side of the radio. When the
lock feature is on, the symbol of a key appears in the upper right area of the
display. When the radio is turned off and the lock feature is engaged, the radio
will not turn on when the POWER button is pressed. When the lock feature is
engaged while the radio is turned on, none of the buttons will work, including
the POWER button.
Utiliser AUTO TUNING (Accord automatique) : En appuyant sur le bouton + ou –
pendant plus d'une demi-seconde, l'accord automatique commence. Le poste de radio
s'arrête automatiquement sur les stations rencontrées. Pour reprendre la recherche,
appuyer de nouveau sur le bouton + ou –. REMARQUE : Si l'on emploie la fonction
d'accord automatique, il n'est pas garanti que le syntoniseur restera dans les limites de
la bande sélectionnée.
MANUAL TUNING (Accord manuel ) : Appuyer sur le bouton le bouton + ou – avec
de courtes impulsions pour s'accorder dans la bande d'ondes courtes sélectionnée, en
s'arrêtant sur les stations qui sont d'un intérêt pour vous.
COMMENT UTILISER LE BOUTON LOCK (Verrouillage)
Le bouton LOCK (Verrouillage) est situé dans la partie inférieure et à droite de la radio.
Lorsqu'on utilise cette fonction, le symbole d'une clé apparaît dans la partie supérieure
droite de l'affichage. Lorsque le poste de radio est arrêté avec la fonction de verrouillage
activée, le poste ne s'allume pas lorsqu'on appuie sur le bouton POWER (Marche/
Arrêt). On bloque toutes les commandes, y compris le bouton POWER (Marche/Arrêt)
lorsqu'on active la fonction de verrouillage pendant que le poste est allumé.
