Refresh Setting

Set the refresh timing as per specified refresh target.

The setting is refreshed at the END processing in the CPU module.
At the Execution Time of Specified Program
The setting is refreshed when a program specified in "Refresh Group[n](n: 1-64)" is executed.
Description
Set refresh timing.
Specify the refresh group of the program.
Please set it through Program Setting of CPU Parameter.
