1-16-1. Note on Tightening Screw of Ground Terminal
Be sure to tighten the screw which fixing the ground terminal to the chassis with the specified tightening
torque.

The power supply of this unit is critical part for safe operation.
Components marked A\ are critical to safe operation. Therefore, specified parts should be used in the case
of replacement.
This section describes the notices when exchanging the parts mounted on the power supply board.
When replacing the parts, be sure to perform the operation with extremely care according to the follow-
ings.
Be sure to perform the insulation test after the part was replaced.
Tightening screw
Use the removed screw when reinstalling, and tighten it with the standard tightening torque. If the
removed screw is lost, be sure to use the screw of the same type and the same size.
