If the screen stays idle for more than 8 seconds on the signature interface, the bottom toolbar will be
automatically hidden. The users can tap the hidden button at the bottom to call out the toolbar again.

Tap the " " icon on the Application program to enter "Vote":
Users can input a topic (not required) and input options (2 options minimum, 10 options maximum).
After tapping "Complete", a QR code is generated for users to scan with their mobile devices.
