PC BOARD REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE (continued)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the input power from the LN-25™ PRO
DUAL POWER unit.
2. Perform Case Cover And Control Box
Removal Procedure.
3. Perform Steps 3 thru 9 from Wire Drive
Removal Procedure.
4. Locate the control board and remove the har-
ness plugs on the control board. Observe stat-
ic electricity precautions.
reassembly. See Figure F.15.
5. Using a 3/8" nutdriver, remove the four nuts
securing the board.
6. Replace board.

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
1. Remove the new control board from the static
bag and place it on the 4 studs.
2. Reassemble the 4 nuts and hand tighten.
3. Reassemble the harness plugs.
4. Perform Steps 3 thru 9 from Wire Drive
Replacement Procedure.
5. Reconnect the gas hose and tighten the other
two buss bar connections.
6. Perform Case Cover And Control Box
Replacement Procedure.
