REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the input power from the LN-25™ PRO
DUAL POWER unit.
2. Perform Case Cover And Control Box
Removal Procedure.
3. Remove the gun from the unit.
4. Loosen hose clamp on wire drive assembly and
disconnect gas hose. See Figure F.11.
5. Using a 3/4" wrench, disconnect bus bar from
drive deck. See Figure F.11.
6. Using a 5/16" nutdriver remove the four screws
from the wire drive panel. See Figure F.11.
7. Using a phillips screwdriver, remove the fifth
and final wire drive mounting panel screw. See
Figure F.11.

8. Using a 5/16" nutdriver, remove the four screws
holding the control box cover. See Figure F.11
9. Using a 7/16" nutdriver, remove the plastic drive
gear cover. See Figure F.12.
10. Using a phillips screwdriver, remove the drive
gear mounting screw. Remove the drive gear.

11. Remove the tach and motor leads by discon-
necting the P9 connector. See Wiring Diagram.
12. Using a phillips head screwdriver remove the
three screws holding the motor to the motor
panel and lift out the motor.
