CONTACTOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE (continued)

ASSEMBLY
PROCEDURE
1. Remove the power from the LN-25™ PRO
DUAL POWER unit.
2. Perform Case Cover And Control Box
Removal Procedure.
3. Perform Steps 3 thru 9 from Wire Drive
Removal Procedure.
4. Using an 11/16" wrench, disconnect the buss
bar connectors. DO NOT loosen the mounting
block before loosening the buss bar.

5. Remove the two screws at the base of the con-
trol box that secure the contactor. Remove the
contactor.
6. Disconnect the coil leads (Leads 507 & 508),
and the buss bars from the contactor.

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
1. Loosely connect the buss bars to the new con-
tactor.
2. Reconnect the coil leads. Slide the buss bar
into the mounting block and start the bolt.
3. Using the two screws, reattach the contactor to
the control box.
4. Tighten the buss bars to the contactor to 15fp.
5. Perform Steps 3 thru 9 from Wire Drive
Replacement Procedure.
6. Reconnect the gas hose and tighten the other
two buss bar connections.
7. Perform Case Cover And Control Box
Replacement Procedure.
