Tele Radio AB's remote control systems are suitab le for a wide variety of
ap p lications for e.g. stationary or mob ile equip ments, hydraulic machines,
construction, forestry or agriculture equip ments and more. Tele Radio AB's
transmitters and receivers are highly customizab le and can b e configured to
suit the most wide-ranging ap p lication requirements & usage habits .
T19 transmitters have simp lex communication and work in either
discontinuous or continuous mode.

A lways s witch off all electrical power from the equipment
before ins tallation procedure.
To utilize the s afety features of the s ys tem, us e the s top
relays in the s afety circuitry of the object/ equipment to be
controlled.
When the equipment controlled by the receiver's s tandard
relays is connected via the s top relays , make s ure that the
maximum current through the s top relays is s till within the
s pecifications . Contact your repres entative for as s is tance.
RISK OF UNINTENDED EQUIPMENT OPERA TION
Only trans mitters that are intended for us e s hould be
regis tered in the receiver.
F ailure to follow thes e ins tructions could res ult in death,
s erious injury, or equipment damage.
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
The receiver mus t only be opened by qualified ins tallers or
authorized pers onnel.
Make s ure the power s upply is s witched off before opening
the receiver.

OPERATION
Only qualified pers onnel s hould be permitted to acces s the
trans mitter and operate the equipment.
Make s ure that the us er s atis fies the age requirements

in your country for operating the equipment.
Make s ure that the us er is not under the influence of

drugs , alcohol and medications .
Make s ure that the us er knows and follows operating and
l
maintenance ins tructions as well as all applicable s afety
procedures and requirements .
The user should:
A lways tes t the trans mitter s top button before
l
operating it.This tes t s hould be done on each s hift,
without a load.
Never us e a trans mitter if the s top button is
l
mechanically damaged.Contact your s upervis or or
repres entative for s ervice immediately.
Never leave the trans mitter unattended.

A lways s witch the trans mitter off when not in us e. Store
l
in a s afe place.
Keep a clear view of the work area at all times .
l
MAINTENANCE
Before maintenance intervention on any remote controlled
equipments :
• always remove all electrical power from the equipment.
• always follow lockout procedures .
Keep the safety information for future reference. Always download the

Safety information sheet from our web site, www.tele-radio.com, for
the latest availab le version.
If error messages are shown, it is very imp ortant to find out what
l
caused them. Contact your rep resentative for help .
The functionality of the stop b utton should b e tested at least after
l
every 200 hours' use.
If the stop b utton is mechanically damaged, do not use the
l
transmitter. Contact your sup ervisor or rep resentative for service
immediately.
