1．Update the command test hwtest led, turn the LEDs on after the test end.
2．Update the command test hwtest dsp (local_connect/peer_connect/voice_switch), add the volume tunning.
3．Fixed the bug when If doing "test hwtest lcd" then doing "test hwtest keypad", the off hook debug message
would dump in menu.
4．Update the LCD's driver, not to print the "LCD is fail" .
