OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

The Ziva EasyVac vacuum machine has many options but is easy to operate. In this chapter we
explain which buttons and functions the machine has, which parts the machine consists of and how
to use the machine (method and operation).
Explanation of buttons and functions
In the image below you will find an explanation of the different (touch) buttons and displays.
Start: start vacuuming, and afterwards seal the vacuum bag. Make sure the open end of the bag is
correctly positioned in the vacuum chamber.
Stop: immediately interrupts the process at that moment. For example, when you notice a problem.
Moisture: alternates between "Dry" (dry) and "Wet" (moist). The LED under the selected mode will
light up. In Wet mode the machine will seal slightly longer because moisture in the bag can delay
sealing.
Seal: if you briefly press this button, the seal strip becomes hot and the machine starts sealing
(welding) the bag. You can press this button to stop vacuuming and seal the bag immediately. This
button also allows you to seal vacuum film on one side to form a vacuum bag that you can vacuum
seal. The 0.5 second delay prevents you from accidentally activating this automatic function.
Manual: keep this button pressed to vacuum manually, without sealing. This gives you optimal
control over the vacuum and prevents soft products from being crushed.
