Time to install this should only
take about four hours.
Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop manual
and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during
the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the
factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these
components and the safety of the vehicle
• Always wear eye protection when operating power tools

  • Page 5 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 4 | Once all fasteners are unclipped, pull the grille straight away from the vehicle, being careful to avoid breaking any clips. STEP 5 | Use an 18mm socket to remove the top two bolts on the bumper support bracket, for each side of the bumper.

  • Page 7 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 8 | Use an 18mm socket to remove the hardware securing the bumper mounting plate to the frame horns, and set it off to the side. STEP 9 | Use an 18mm socket/wrench to remove the hardware securing the tow hook and set it off to the side.
  • Page 8 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 10 | Use an 18mm socket to remove the hardware securing the STEP 11 | Use an 18mm socket to remove the hardware securing the plastic/metal bracket assembly. Use a trim clip tool to remove the fasteners securing the wiring harness as the assembly is removed.

STEP 18 | Install the provided M12 nut clips by pressing them into place. STEP 19 | Install the sensor bezels in the locations and orientation they were removed from the factory bumper.

STEP 21 | If you are installed a winch, install and secure the winch to the winch place prior to mounting the plate on the vehicle. Use the provided M12 hardware with a 21mm scoket, swivel joint, and a 22mm wrench to secure the winch plate.
