this installation instruction guide. Consult your vehicle

Time to install this should only

hours.
Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop manual
and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during
the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the
factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these
components and the safety of the vehicle
• Always wear eye protection when operating power tools

  • Page 3 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 2 | Unplug the turn signal indicator by pulling the red release tab out and pushing on the black locking tab. STEP 3 | Use a 10mm socket to remove the bolt securing the fender to the vehicle.
  • Page 4 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 4 | Use a trim clip tool to remove the factory clips along the fender. Repeat process for the other side. STEP 5 | (Rear uninstall) Use a 8mm socket to remove the bolts located along the interior of the inner fender. Use a trim clip tool to remove the clips located in each corner of the fender.
  • Page 5 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 6 | Remove the fender flare by pulling the front section towards the front of the vehicle, and the rear section towards the rear. Pull the fender directly away from the vehicle, to release the remaining clips. You should be able to reach around and squeeze the clips to remove if needed.
  • Page 6 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 7 | Use a trim clip tool to remove the clips along the edge of the fender that remained in the vehicle. Repeat process for the other side. STEP 8 | Using your preferred cutting tool, cut the circled fender mounts off and grind them down so it is flush with the vehicle.
  • Page 7 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 9 | Hold up the fender to the vehicle and note which holes will be used. Install the provided nutserts using a nutsert tool. If you do not own a nutsert tool, we provide one with our kit. For instructions on how to use the nutsert tool, scroll to the last page.
  • Page 8 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 12 | If planning to bypass vent cover, cut the seal at the fender corner. Continue the seal down the fender aligning the seal cut outs with the mounting holes in the fender. Cut off any excess seal. Ensure the seal wraps around the front of the fender corner.
  • Page 9 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 13 | Remove the factory fender vent cover using a trim clip tool to pry the bottom away from the fender, then slide the cover toward the front of the vehicle to free the cover from the fender. 855-680-9595 NEED HELP?
  • Page 10 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 14 | Lift the DV8 Armor fenders up to the vehicle and loosely secure the fender using the provided M6x20mm allen head bolt and a #4 allen tool. Use (1) Split washer and (1) flat washer per M6 bolt.

  • Page 12 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 18 | (Rear Installation) Use a rubber mallet to install the U-shaped rubber seal onto the DV8 rear armor fenders as shown. STEP 19 | Cut any excess seal off the end. 855-680-9595 NEED HELP?
  • Page 13 Install the provided nutserts using a nutsert tool. STEP 21 | The FDGL-09 rear fenders are designed to work with the DV8 SRGL- 01 Bedside Rock Sliders. If you are running the factory plastic bedside covers they will need to be trimmed.
  • Page 14 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 22 | Lift the rear fender up to the vehicle and loosely secure the fender to the vehicle using the provided M6x20mm allen head bolts. Use (1) split washer and (1) flat washer per M6 allen head bolt. STEP 23 | With all hardware started, secure the fender in place using a #4 allen...
  • Page 15 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 25 | (Nutsert tool guide) To use the nutsert tool, slide the M6 washer and spacer onto the provided M6x50 bolt. Then install a nutsert onto the exposed threads by hand. STEP 26 | Slide the nutsert tool with the nutsert into the mounting hole.
