WARNING
1) Do not attach heavy or bulky items to the
ignition key.
2) The electronic components inside
the key may be damaged if the key is
subjected to strong shocks. In order to
ensure complete efficiency of the electronic
devices inside the key, it should never be
exposed to direct sunlight.

1) Remote control used batteries may be
harmful to the environment if not disposed
of correctly. They must be disposed of as
specified by law in the special containers or
taken to a Jeep Dealership, which will take
care of their disposal.

adjustment

7) Only drive with the seat correctly
adjusted.
8) Never adjust seats while driving as they
could move uncontrollably.
9) Do not sit closer than 25 cm to the
steering wheel, to permit safe airbag
deployment.
10) Never store any objects under the seats
11) Care must be taken when operating
the power seats. There is a risk of injury,
particularly for children. Objects could
become trapped. Keep a close watch
on the seats when adjusting them.
Vehicle passengers should be informed
accordingly.

3) The fabric upholstery of the seats has
been designed to withstand long-term wear
deriving from normal use of the car. Some
precautions are however required. Avoid
prolonged and/or excessive rubbing against
clothing accessories such as metal buckles
and Velcro strips which, by applying a
high pressure on the fabric in a small area,
could cause it to break, thereby damaging
the upholstery.
4) Do not arrange objects beneath the
electrically adjustable seat and do not
impede its movement, since the controls
may be damaged. They may also restrict
the seat travel.

HEAD RESTRAINTS

The upper edge of the head restraint should
be at upper head level. If this is not possible
for extremely tall people, set to highest
position, and set to lowest position for small
people.
