INSTRUCTION MANUAL
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Read the following instructions very carefully before installing and maintaining the
ProEdge lock. The ProEdge Lock contains a lithium battery.
Note: The battery should be stored and disposed of according to the
manufacturer's specifications.
Note: The battery used in this product must be replaced by the same type of
battery.
Note: The battery must not be punctured, charged or dropped, and should be
replaced if so.
GETTING STARTED – SYSTEM OVERVIEW
This section will give the reader an introduction to the ProEdge lock and what is included
in the package.
Batteries
Batteries are not included in the ProEdge lock packages due to fire hazards. The ProEdge
lock operates on a single battery with product name LM17500 and the manufacturer
SAFT. Batteries can be ordered via PTI Security Systems: XXXXXX
