• Select the site, unit, type of share (time period, number of
uses or permanent), and the applicable phone number for
the user.
If the Tenant has rented only one unit at a single facility, the
Site and Unit dropdown fields will be pre-defined.
• If the Tenant has more than one unit rented at the facility or
has access to more than one site, the option to choose will
be available.
• Click the "Grant the Keyshare access" button.
• If the key-shared person is already enrolled in StorID, they
will be granted access to the Tenant's units.
• If the key-share person is not previously enrolled in
StorID, they will receive the enrollment link, complete the
registration, and ultimately gain access to the Tenant's
units.
