Wired Networking

For wired connections, the Workstation can use either a fixed IP address or an address supplied via Dynamic Host
Configuration Protocol (DHCP) . To change the wired networking settings of the Workstation:
1 . Click Wired
Networking .
2 . Select the appropriate radio button:
• Obtain an IP address automatically – to obtain an IP address from the DHCP server,
• Use the following IP Address – to configure the IP address manually by entering the values into the appropriate
fields .
3 . Click the Update button to apply changes .
4 . A configuration change confirmation page is displayed . The Workstation must be power cycled for the changes to take
effect .
The network to which the Workstation is connected should not operate with the IP range from
192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.254.
