After transport, unpacking and installation, let the appliance rest at least 4 hours in
vertical position before connecting to the power supply.
•
Let the appliance run for at least 2 hours before inserting fresh or frozen foods.
5.2. USING THE CONTROL PANEL
General guidelines
•
After you plug in the appliance, the entire control panel will light up and the appliance
will start operating using the default or last used settings. Also, the default or last
used set fridge and freezer temperatures are displayed on the control panel. Three
seconds later, the control panel becomes usable.
•
Before using the control panel, make sure it's unlocked.
•
You will hear a beep when you tap any button.
•
If you tap any button when the control panel is locked, the Lock indicator will blink for
3 seconds to indicate that the control panel is locked.
•
If you do not tap any button, the entire control panel will turn off in 90 seconds.
•
The entire control panel will light up again once the upper door is opened or you tap
any button.
•
If the fridge door is kept open for more than 60 seconds, the door opening alarm will
go off. You need to close the open door to stop the alarm.
Unlocking and locking the control panel
•
The Lock indicator is on when the control panel is locked and off when the control
panel is unlocked.
•
You can change the settings only when the control panel is unlocked.
•
Tap and hold the Mode button for 3 seconds to unlock or lock the control panel.
•
If you do not tap any button, the control panel will be automatically locked in 20
seconds.
Changing the working mode
The appliance has the 4 working modes: ECO, Vacation, Super and User. The first 3
modes are indicated by their corresponding LED indicators.
•
To put the appliance into ECO/Vacation/Super mode, tap the Mode button one or
more times until your desired mode's indicator starts blinking. Five seconds later, the
indicator will turn steadily on and the corresponding working mode will take effective.
•
To put the appliance into User mode, tap the Mode button one or more times until all
the 3 mode indicators are off. This working mode will take effect immediately.
1. ECO mode
-
You can adjust neither the fridge temperature nor the freezer temperature.
-
You appliance automatically sets the fridge temperature and freezer temperature
to 5°C and -18°C respectively.
-
If you tap the Fridge or Freezer temperature button, the ECO mode indicator will
blink for 3 seconds to indicate that this button is disabled.
2. Vacation mode
-
You can adjust the freezer temperature, but not the fridge temperature.
-
You appliance automatically sets the fridge temperature to 17°C.
-
If you tap the Fridge temperature button, the Vacation mode indicator will blink for
3 seconds to indicate that this button is disabled.
3. Super mode
-
You can adjust the fridge temperature, but not the freezer temperature.
-
You appliance automatically sets the freezer temperature to -25°C.
-
If you tap the Freezer temperature button, the Super mode indicator will blink for
3 seconds to indicate that this button is disabled.

Tip: If you need to freeze a lot of food at a time, we recommend that you put the
appliance into Super mode 24 hours earlier.
