Schritt 2
Die drei Flächen mit den Befestigungslöchern (⇨ Ⓐ) für die Unterbo-
denmontage des Y-Verteilers benötigen Korrosionsschutz. Tragen
Sie das Korrosionsschutzmittel, das zum Lieferumfang gehört, an den

Positionen ④, ⑤ und ⑥ jeweils gleichmäßig und vollflächig auf.
Schritt 3
Befestigen Sie den Y-Verteiler mithilfe von M10-Schrauben durch die
Befestigungslöcher (⇨ Ⓑ) an der vorgesehenen Stelle der Bodenplatte
des Schienenfahrzeugs.
Verwenden Sie Unterlegscheiben mit einem Durchmesser von 25 mm
und ein Anzugsdrehmoment von 15 Nm.
Schritt 4
Oberseite / Setzen Sie die Single Poles einzeln in die Anschlüsse des Verteilers
Upper side ein. Verschrauben Sie sie mit dem Y-Verteiler unter Verwendung der
vor installierten M6-Innensechskantschrauben mit einem Drehmoment
von 4 Nm (⇨ Ⓒ).

Step 2
The three surfaces with the fastening holes (⇨ Ⓐ) for the underbody
installation of the Y-manifold require corrosion protection. Apply the
anti-corrosion agent that is included in the pack contents evenly and
over the entire surface at positions ④, ⑤ and ⑥.
Step 3
Fasten the Y-multiplier using M10 screws through the fastening holes
(⇨ Ⓑ) at the intended location on the base plate of the rail vehicle.
Use washers with a diameter of 25 mm and a tightening torque of
15 Nm.
Step 4
Insert the single poles individually into the connections of the multiplier.
Screw them to the Y-multiplier using the pre-installed M6 Allen screws
with a torque of 4 Nm (⇨ Ⓒ).
