Schritt 11
Ziehen Sie den Doppelnippel mit 24 Nm fest.

Verschrauben Sie mit dem Nutmutternschlüssel 09 99 000 0349 von
der Steckseite her die Nutmutter mit dem innenliegenden Klemmring
(Anzugsdrehmoment: 5 Nm).
Schritt 13
Diesen Schritt nur bei Verwendung von geschirmten Kabeln und
Kabelverschraubungen ausführen, sonst weiter mit Schritt ⑭:
Klappen Sie das Schirmgeflecht um auf den Konus des Doppelnippels.
Ziehen Sie den Konusring über das Schirmgeflecht (⇨ roter Pfeil,
Abbildung rechts). Schieben sie den Zwischenstutzen über den Konus-
ring und verschrauben sie ihn mit dem Doppelnippel. Vor dem Anziehen
des Zwischenstutzens (⇨ ⑭, Pfeil oben) müssen Sie den Doppelnippel
kontern. Ziehen Sie erst jetzt den Zwischenstutzen mit 50 Nm fest.
Schritt 14
Verschrauben Sie die Hutmutter mit dem Zwischenstutzen und ziehen
Sie sie mit 24 Nm an.
► Prüfen Sie, ob alle Schraubverbindungen das richtige Drehmoment
aufweisen.

Step 11
Tighten the double nipple to 24 Nm.
Step 12
Using the locknut wrench 09 99 000 0349, screw the locknut to the
inner clamping ring from the mating side (tightening torque: 5 Nm).
Step 13
Only carry out this step when using shielded cables and cable
glands, otherwise continue with step ⑭:
Fold the shielding braid over onto the cone of the double nipple.
Pull the conical ring over the shielding braid (⇨ red arrow, image on
the right). Push the hex adapter over the conical ring and screw it
to the double nipple. Before tightening the hex adapter (⇨ ⑭, arrow
above), you must counter the double nipple. Then tighten the hex
adapter to 50 Nm.
Step 14
Screw the cap nut to the hex adapter and tighten to 24 Nm.
► Make sure that all screw connections have the correct tightening
torque.
