Maintenance Drawer (A) locked

Hot ink is present.

Maintenance Kit Service Life Low
Possible Causes
The 2-year service life is soon to expire.
Maintenance Kit Service Life Expired
Possible Causes
The 2-year service life has expired.
Printer Error ##
Possible Causes
An error occurred that may not be
user-correctable.

Solution
Close the door and wait a few minutes before
removing the maintenance drawer (A) from the
printer.
Solution
Install the counter.
Install the Maintenance Drawer.
Solution
Replace Maintenance Kit soon.
Solution
Replace Maintenance Kit now.
Solution
Turn the printer off and unplug the power cord
for 1 minute. Then plug in the power cord and
turn the printer back on.
If the error is not cleared, write down the error
number.
