Using the cooler
To decrease the cooling power, turn the cooling power controller counter-
clockwise to the desired cooling level.
To check the cooling function of the cooler, you can check the cooling function
on the inside of the unit cover
switched off.
Switching the cooler off
1. For this, turn the cooling power controller
counterclockwise direction.
2. The cooling power controller is now in the "off" position.
3. Pull the power plug out of the socket.
The cooler has now been switched off.

Opening and closing the cooler

CAUTION!
Crushing hazard!
Whilst inserting the unit cover or if it falls shut, you could catch
your fingers.
− Lock the cover in place when it is open.
− Carefully insert the cover without placing your fingers on
the holder for the unit cover.
Opening the cooler
The carrying handle is used to open and close the cooler. The cooler can only be
opened if the carrying handle is folded all the way to the front.
1. Fold the carrying handle
resting on the edge of the cooler
2. Open the unit cover
Locking the unit cover in place
The unit cover does not automatically lock in place. To prevent it from shutting,
proceed as follows:
1. Lift the unit cover
2. Fold the carrying handle
under the catch
The unit cover has now been locked in a half-open position.
