Under Printer Features, select Finisher as the output device and
select Hole Punch.

At the bottom of the dialog box, select Enabled.

Click the OK button to save the properties.
8.
Send the job to the printer.
For the Windows NT (PCL6) operating system:
1.
In your application, select File and then Print.
2.
Select the Xerox N4525 printer driver.
3.
Open the Properties dialog box.
Note
If the Status tab appears black, you are running in Auto
Configure mode. If the Status tab appears gray, you must
configure the printer (on the System Configuration tab) to
include the Finisher.

Select the Advanced tab.
5.
Under Printer Features, select Hole Punching.
6.
At the bottom of the dialog box, select Enabled.
7.
Click the OK button to save the properties.
8.
Send the job to the printer.
At the printer:
If your printer driver doesn't include hole punching, you can select it
on the printer's control panel. However, all jobs sent to the printer are
then punched unless they are sent using a printer driver that
specifically says not to punch holes in the job. (The driver setting
always overrides the control panel setting.)

On the Xerox DocuPrint N4525 control panel, select hole
punching:

Press the Menu keys (labeled 1 or 5) to scroll to the
Menu.
