Warranty

The statutory warranty periods and ASSA ABLOY (Schweiz) AG's Terms and
Conditions of Sale and Delivery (www.assaabloy.ch) apply.
If the product is defective, please contact our sales partner in your re-
spective country.
The warranty becomes void if the product has been opened. Exceptions:
· Keys may only be opened for the insertion and changing of batteries
(„Battery replacement", page 42 page 86 ff.).
· The cylinder length may only be adjusted for a modular system according
to the respective instructions (except FZG).
The warranty does not apply if accessory parts other than those specified
in this manual are used. Damage resulting from normal wear, overloading
or incorrect handling is not covered under the warranty.
The following documents must be sent in together with the product
when making a warranty claim:
· A copy of the invoice with date of purchase.
· A description of the fault or reason for complaint.
