Resolution
Press the Resolution button to increase sharpness and clarity. By
pressing the Resolution button repeatedly after loading a
document, you can choose between STANDARD, FINE, or
SUPER FINE modes.
The document types recommended for these settings are described
in the table on the next page.
Mode
Recommended for...
Standard
Documents with normal sized characters.
Fine
Documents containing small characters or thin lines, or for
sending documents printed with a dot-matrix printer.
Super
Documents containing extremely fine detail. SUPER FINE
Fine
mode works only if the remote machine also supports SUPER
FINE resolution.
