Moving, Transporting, And Storage Instructions
After use, the Mode 2 Charging Cable should be
placed in the storage bag and put back in the cargo
storage area. If the Mode 2 Charging Cable will be
left outside the vehicle, be sure to protect the
device's connection end from moisture, dirt, debris
accumulation and contamination.

Do not put fingers or objects into the Mode 2

Charging Cable connector.
Do not use the Mode 2 Charging Cable if the

flexible power cord is frayed, broken, has
cracked insulation, or any other signs of
damage.
Do not use the Mode 2 Charging Cable if the

enclosure or the connector is broken, cracked,
open, or shows any other indication of
damage.
Do not use the Mode 2 Charging Cable with an

extension cord or plug adapters.
The Mode 2 Charging Cable may attempt to

reset and run after a power interruption.
There are no user serviceable parts inside the

Mode 2 Charging Cable. Do not attempt to
repair or service the Mode 2 Charging Cable
yourself – personal injury may result.
When using a charging station with the Mode

2 Charging Cable attached, ensure the
charging station's cable is not visibly
damaged before plugging into the vehicle.
