PRODUCT GUIDE
7. Packing Up:
• Let unit cool down for 1-2 hours before
removing.
• Place in an area that is clean and dry to
prevent corrosion.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Clean unit body with soap and water.
• Do NOT use cleaners on the pizza
stone. It is a porous material. Just rinse
with water and allow to dry. Staining of
the pizza stone is normal and will not
affect the function.
DEFINITIONS
Temperature
• Internal Air or Unit Temperature:
You can read the internal air tem-
perature by looking at the built-in
temperature gauge on the top of
the Universal Pizza Oven. Internal
air heat will help cook your crust,
cheese and toppings. The internal
air temperature will react quickly
when you change the amount of heat
produced by your grill.
• Pizza Stone Temp: The pizza stone
temperature will rise slower than
the internal air temperature at first
but will gradually equalize with the
temperature gauge on the oven.
