Restricts the source of incoming connections by host, network,
user name, or alias. The Any global icon indicates that the service
is allowed inbound from any source.
Add
Click to open the Add Member dialog box.

Click to remove the selected item from the list above.

Outgoing connections are
Select a disposition for outgoing connections from the drop list.
This is usually Disabled, Enabled and Denied, and Enabled and
Allowed.
