WARNING
Daily
Inspect the trough area for any dirt or debris.
•
Inspect the air and blast hoses for damage such as cuts, kinks, or deformation.
•
Inspect applicator control cable for wear or improper connections and correct as necessary.
•
Inspect the applicator for any damage or loose parts and correct as necessary.
•
Weekly
Verify the nozzle airflow exit end is not deformed or burred.
•
Biannual
Inspect the power cord for damage.
•
Inspect the static bonding cable for damage.
•
Troubleshooting
Problem
Machine's power cord is not plugged in.
Power switch is in the off position.
Machine does
not start
The switch on the applicator is set to Air-Only
(I) mode.

Prior to any maintenance or inspection procedures, ensure that the
machine is turned off and the power source is disconnected.
Follow all
Lockout Tagout
Ensure that the air supply is closed, bled off, and the air supply hose is
disconnected from the machine.
