Overview
The Carrier Corporation ComfortVu™ BACnet Thermostat Model TB-24 can be used:
•
As a stand-alone thermostat that can control equipment using built-in logic
•
As part of an MS/TP network of BACnet Thermostats that can be managed from a BMS front-end system
•
As part of a BACnet MS/TP network connected to the Carrier Corporation BACnet router in a i-Vu® system. The
router's control programs provide trending and alarming of the BACnet Thermostat's data.
The TB-24 thermostat has a white plastic enclosure with an LCD display and buttons for user control. It has on-board
temperature sensing, and its on-board inputs and outputs are used to control equipment and optional external sensing
devices. Inputs and outputs are configured using DIP switches and jumpers. The TB-24 thermostat requires 24 Vac power.
