Adding an RFID Card
1. Click on the three dots in the right corner of the screen.
2. On the drop down menu, click on Whitelist.
3. Click Add to add an RFID card to the account.
Anti Tamper Switch
In December 2022, regulations were enforced for all chargepoints to be installed with an
anti-tamper switch for security measures. If the side door of the unit is not secured
properly, the anti-tamper sitch will remain active. Please make sure the side door of the
unit is securely shut, after the installation process is complete.
