The following items are common problems you might encounter and
possible solutions.

The battery may not be installed properly, or it may not be
adequately charged. Check to make sure the battery is sufficiently
charged and properly installed.
• Connect the AC adapter to charge the battery if it is not charged.
• If the AC adapter is connected, make sure the electrical outlet you
are using works.
• If the computer does not turn on, hold down both mouse buttons for
at least ten seconds and then release the buttons.

The automatic power-saving mode has shut off the display, backlight,
or MaxBright. Press
