Cleaning and care
Oven
the beking tray, baking aheeti acMi
grill pan should be washed and dried
after each use.
The roaatlng fitter should be washed
In hot water end detergent, or in the
dishwasher.
Wipe the Roaai Probe wKh a damp
ololh. Do not wash m the dishwasher,
or soak in water.
The Interior of the oven is composed
as follows:
' conventiorial enamel (1)
- "catalytic" enamel (2)
The cavrty of the oven is of convenO-
onel enamel (1). Removable catafj^
enamel liners (2) are fitted to the sides
and the rear. (A removable roof hner is
available with some mtMs).
Always switch off the oven before
cleaning manually.
Clean the oven regula/ty, preferably
each time after use, as burnt on resi*
dues are extremely difticuH to remove.
The oven fksor should always be
wiped after use. whie it is still warm.
Sharp knives, hard brushes, scouring
pads etc should NEVER be used on
ejtt«f type of enamel, as these could
scratch the surface.
I he conventlortti snainel parts of the
oven can be cleaned with warm water
to which a detergent has been added,
and then pol^hed dry. (The catalytic
■nets can be removed, see Itlustretion),

juice or cake mcdure from the oven
and the racks while they are still warm.

These can enher be |usl wped over, or
cleer>ed in place using the extra clean*
ng process, or taken out and cleaned,
If only ightly so4ed clean in place
using a cloth ar>d warm water with
detergent. A soft nylon brush can be
used. Wpe dry.
Make sure
oven is switched off,
If any residues have to be cleaned
from the inner waNs of the oven, first
let the oven cool down and then wipe
over wftti a damp cloth, soft sponge or
nylon brush
in a mdd solution
of washing up iKimd or similar propriet*
ary detergent and warm water (do not
use scounng agents).
Clean the erven floor.
