Grilling in the oven
The oven has two griB setOr^. The
conventional gnH setting

is ideal for
flat itefns, and foe models with a ro6s*
serie PS also used for ghBing on the
spit The hot air grill setting B is ideal
for larger items, n can be used for flat
items where a jticy result is preferred
to a crisp one.
The
Probe must always be
taken out of the oven belore the gril
Is turned on.
Always put the roasting filter in place
on the back waN fan ghHe when hot ak
grilling.
Pre-heat the gril approx. 5 mirx/tes
with the oven door shut. This saves
energy.
Grill with the door shut to save energy,
and minimize cooking smets.
Preparing food for grining
Clean and season. Baste if necessary.
Co not satt sices cf meat beforehand
as this detracts from the taste. Most
items should be turned hatf way
through.
Shelf position from the bottom
For flat items, thrrd runner from ^ bot¬
tom. for larger items, first or second
runner depending on size.
