Hobs - description
Hobs with enclosed hotplates
All these hobs (e g KM 11BJ2B) a;e
fitted four er^losed hotplates, two
large, two small.
Some hobs have an area for restng
hot pans.

• Areas with two selectable options
Turn the control Imob and press in the
appropriate push button. Press ir^
agan to turn off.

• Residual heat irvficator
Each cooking area has a residual heat
indicator. The indicator goes out when
the healed surface of the hob ts cool
ervMiQ^ to touch.
If the timer Is used to pre ssed one of
the front cooldr>g areas, the residual
heal indicator lights up. This acts as a
reminder that the temperature will
soon increase.
• Warming area
Ceramic hobs with an additional
warning area have a push button
switch at the right hand end of
the control parrel. An indicatof light by
the warming area shows whether It is

There is now a range of tested pots
artd pans suftable for ceramic hobs.
