6. Turn the drive motor to until you can remove the next
set of sealing blades.
Problem
The filter cleaning
system does not op-
erate correctly.
The motors are on
but there is no suc-
tion.
The indicator for
phase sequence con-
trol is on.
The indicator for mo-
tor failure is on.

Troubleshooting

Cause
There is no pressure or not sufficient pres-
sure in the pressure tank.
There is too much water in the pressure tank. Remove all water from the pressure tank.
The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
does not operate correctly or the settings are
incorrect.
The compressor filters are dirty.
The BigBag is not attached correctly or has a
leak.
The primary filters are dirty.
There is a leakage in the dust collection sys-
tem.
The dust extraction hoses are incorrectly in-
stalled or damaged.
The phases are incorrect.
The motor protection switch releases be-
cause of motor overload.
7. Do the same procedure until all sealing blades are
removed.
8. To install new sealing blades, do these steps for
each set of sealing blades:
a) Apply threadlocker on 4 new bolts.
b) Install a new sealing blade, the clamp strip and
the 4 bolts.
c) Tighten the 2 bolts in the center first, then tighten
the bolts at each end of the clamp strip.
9. Make sure that all sealing blades align with the
housing of the rotating valve and that there is a
minimum clearance.
Solution
Do a check of the pneumatic system.
Clean the compressor filters. Refer to
clean the compressor filters on page 15 .
To drain the water from the pressure
Refer to
tank on page 13 .
Speak to an approved service agent.
Clean the compressor filters. Refer to
clean the compressor filters on page 15 .
Make sure that the BigBag is attached cor-
rectly and does not have a hole.
Clean the primary filters. Refer to
the primary filters on page 16 . Replace the
primary filters if it is necessary. Refer to
replace the primary filters on page 16 .
Do a check of the seals in the dust collection
system for leakages. Replace if it is necessa-
ry.
Do a check of the dust extraction hoses. Re-
place if it is necessary.
Change the phase sequence at the power
supply.
Make sure that you use the correct power
supply.
Let an electrician do a check of the fault.
