Troubleshooting
Cause
The product is not connected to the gener-
ator.
There is no power from the generator.
The hose is not connected.
The hose is clogged or blocked.
There is no Longopac bag.
The hose is damaged.
The prefilter is clogged.
The HEPA filter is clogged.
The top cover is loose.
There is dirt in the lid.
The prefilter or/and the HEPA filter are in-
correctly installed or damaged.

Solution
Connect the product to the generator.
Refer to the documentation for the genera-
tor.
Connect the hose.
Clean the hose.
Install a Longopac bag.
Replace the hose.
Clean the prefilter. If it is necessary, re-
place the prefilter.
Replace the HEPA filter.
Adjust the top cover.
Clean the lid.
Adjust or replace the prefilter or/and the
HEPA filter.
Do servicing on the product.
