General product maintenance
Dispose dust from the product.
Do a check of all safety devices.
Clean the air compressor filters. Replace if it
is necessary.
Make sure that there is no dust leakage at
the rotating valve seals.
Make sure that the noise level from the bear-
ings of the rotating valves is not unusually
high.
Examine the drive motor of the rotating
valves for oil leakage.
Make sure that the rotating valve blades are
not worn and that there is no air leakage.
Replace if it is necessary.
Make sure that nuts and screws are tight.
Clean the filter of the water separator. Re-
place if it is necessary.
Replace the air compressor filters.
Replace the filter of the water separator.
Clean the top section of the filter unit.
Do a complete servicing and cleaning of the
product.
To clean the product
Always clean all the equipment after use. Use a
vacuum cleaner.
Do not use a high-pressure washer to clean the
product.
Keep the air openings clean and clear to make
sure that the product always has sufficiently cool
temperature.
To clean the compressor filters
CAUTION:
washer or water to clean the compressor
filters. Do not hit the filters with force to
clean them. Do not use pressurized air to
clean the compressor filters.

1. Remove the 2 caps and the 2 compressor filters (A).
2. Clean the 2 compressor filters with a small dust
extractor (B).
3. Install the 2 compressor filters and close the 2 caps.
If you cannot fully clean the compressor filters or if they
are damaged, it is necessary to replace them.
