Pressing this button switches the ¥ideo recoraee on or in the .
standby mode: When the video recorder is in-standby, the Display
still shows the current time and weekday.
@ The video recorder should remain connected to the mains at all
times to ensure that timed recordings can be made and to enable
normal TV reception.
26 Sharpness control + /— (on rear)
Adjust this control during playback for a 'sharper' or 'softer'
picture according to your preference.

Note:
If you want to display the OSD information select on the TV the
pre-selector reserved for the video recorder.

@ Press the Record (AUFNAHME) @ button again (within 8 -
minutes) if you want to resume recording. This ensures a clean
continuation ('automatic assembly').
e@ Press Stop & button 20 to stop the recording, or Eject
(CASSETTE) & button 23 to eject the cassette.
