Fit mechanical seal 9.4 and push it into position.

Slide on support washer 9.2.
3.
Insert circlip 9.3 into groove.
4.
Fit mechanical seal cover 9.4 and attach it with interior hexagonal head screw 9.5 to
the delivery housing cover 10.1.
5.
Place delivery housing cover 10.1 with mechanical seal cover 9.4 on the studs 5.2 in
the venting housing 5.1.
6.
Slide on washers 5.3, screw on hexagon nuts 5.4 and tighten them.
7.
Slide on support washer 11.2.
8.
Fit plain bearing 11.1.

Screw on and tighten impeller nut 2.2.

Carefully fit housing seal 1.2.

Avoid damage to internal parts! Carefully insert the slide-in unit straight into the spiral
housing 1.1.
9.
Slide washers 10.2 onto the studs 10.4, screw on hexagon nuts 10.3 and tighten them.
