Disconnection of the flexible hose

When disconnecting flexible hoses, make sure that they return to room
temperature.
nitrogen may result in damaging the O-ring inside the coupler joint.
Disconnect flexible hoses in the opposite procedure to connecting. Push down the outer
ring of the joint on the side of EMP-14W and pull out the flexible hose to disconnect.
