Application Macro 3-wire

This macro is intended for those applications where the drive is controlled
using momentary push-buttons. It gives two more preset speeds compared to
Factory Macro (1) by using DI4 and DI5.
The value of parameter 9902 is 2.

• Analogue reference (AI1)
• Preset speed selection (DI4,5)
